From 1.11.11 To 11.11.11

The number 11 11 has for a long time caused the world to wonder in curiousity. Numerologists around the world has claimed to be able to find the number all over the universe. A lot of people have been prompted to look at car plates, clocks, phone numbers and so on to find yet another appearance of 11 11. It shows up all too frequently in the lives of some people to dismiss this phenomenon as mere coincidence. Now millions are wondering why this number can be seen everywhere and whether there was a reason behind it.

Followers of New Age Movement and Spiritualists believe that specifically on the coming day 11.11.11 (11  Nov 2011) a portal of the divine is opened and a certain energy will be released from the “Source” towards people on earth. A lot of the New Age Movement groups are holding meetings and gatherings on that day to receive this energy. Who and what the “Source” of this energy is, who knows.

Meanwhile, the past 1.11.11 at The Law of the Spiritual and the Living Seminar in Jakarta, Indonesia, one of 6 men and women of God who spoke in the seminar, Ev. Daniel Krestianto, said something confirming the beliefs of the New Age Movement regarding the date 11.11.11. He told the congregation how a paranormal in Indonesia came up to him and told him that on that day, the paranormal world knows how portals in the spiritual realm will be opened and on that day it will be determined who the ruler in the spiritual realm of Indonesia will be… the Devil or God (and which god).

To the 6 men and women of God, God had revealed that the 10 day period of waiting from 1.11.11 to 11.11.11 is the same waiting period that happened after the ascension of Jesus until the Pentacost, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. They believe that there will be fire balls released from the Holy Spirit.

What he said made me think and wonder. What is really going to happen in the spiritual realm on 11.11.11?

The first scenario that popped up into my mind was that what will be outpoured that day will be the fire balls of the Holy Spirit which is understood by the New Age Movement and Spiritualists as “energy” released by the “Source”.

The second scenario was that on that day there will be two different fire balls released. The first fire ball is the holy one from the Holy Spirit and the other of the profane fire. If the second scenario is true, the information the paranormal activist told Ev. Daniel Krestianto makes sense. The ruler in the spiritual realm over Indonesia will be determined that day. Will it be the Devil or will it be the Messiah?

Coincidentally, before I started writing this article, I was contacted by Pdt. Danny Soepangat who shared with me what he learned from the Discipling the Nation Summit with Dr. Jonathan David from Malaysia and Dr. Tunder Bakare from Nigeria. At the time of writing this article, the summit was still going on in Tangerang, outside Jakarta, Indonesia. Our phone conversation mentioned the same topic that the 6 men and women of God brought to the congregation a few days ago, namely the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

In Acts chapter 2, when the outpouring of the Holy Spirit happened, what was really going on was that God added more people to a number of already existing believers. What is happening in churches today is that it has always been men’s effort to add more people into a congregation. But because it is not the fire of the Holy Spirit that adds these people to the church of God, not many stay for long.

In Acts chapter 4, once more the Holy Spirit was released. But this time, it was not to add more people to the congregation of believers. It was to multiply anointing and leadership. Believers become more and more bold and ministering to others and spreading the Word of God. Before, it was only Peter who was bold enough to speak in front of the public and caused 3,000 people to repent and let themselves be baptized. This time, thousands of servants of God actually go out and do what Peter has been doing all along with the power and anointing that God has multiplied.

However, with the multiplication of fire and anointing, the severance of persecution was also multiplied. The whole of Rome eventually rose to chase and persecute believers in the Messiah who boldly proclaimed the Truth, ministered with power and spread the gospel of God.

When we see and compare Acts 2 and 4 with what we are approaching today on 11.11.11, it seems that there might be two different fire balls being released on that day. The first one would be the fire of the Holy Spirit. Whether it is to add more people into the congregation or to multiply anointing, I do not know. But those who are ready nad have an open heart to receive will receive the fire. Now the second fire ball that will be released… could it be a profane fire, that would the cause shaking, persecution and evil to increase on earth?

On 11.11.11 believers of God in Jakarta, Indonesia will gather to receive the fire ball of the Holy Spirit. Who will be ruler in the spiritual realm over Indonesia depends on how willing and ready the children of God are to receive the fire. This also applies to believers outside Indonesia. Be expectant to receive an outpouring the fire of the Holy Spirit. If there is no gathering on that day in your church, pray, worship and praise the LORD in your own home and expect Him to release His fire upon you!

Do not let more people receive the profane fire than the fire of the Holy Spirit!

Get ready, Indonesia! Get ready, world!
