Thank you to Mommy Marlina van der Stoop  for intriguing me into learning the Hebrew language and letters along with the deeper meaning behind each letter that the veil in my eyes may be dropped to enable me to see farther into the future as God Himself  has revealed through the hidden meanings of the letters of His words.

One of the many questions and answers that led me into keeping the Shabbath was regarding one of God’s 10 commandments. The 4th command is:

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. (Exo 20:8 KJV)

Out of all the 613 commands and instructions of the Torah, why was this particular one included in the 10 commandments which supposedly serves as the Table of Content of the Torah? When I asked this question to the Holy Spirit, what He did was showing me even more verses in the whole Torah that would regulate regarding the keeping of the Sabbath. There are at least 21 verses in the Torah that kept repeating this command in different ways.

A lot of Christians have been arguing that the “Sabbath” could be celebrated on a different day such as Sunday. There is even a minister of God who out of lack of knowledge in the Hebrew language argued that even Jesus (Yahshua) Himself didn’t object or question whether the Sabbath could be celebrated on a Saturday or Sunday. Of course He didn’t.

Many don’t even understand that the word “Yom Shabbath” in Hebrew is really a translation of “Saturday” in English or “Samstag” in German. Nobody would argue and say that one can spend “Sunday” morning on “Samstag” or “Saturday” evening on “Sonntag” (which translates ‘Sunday’ in English).

Yom Shabbath or Sabbath is the Hebrew word for ‘Saturday’. So any kind of argument that supports keeping the Sabbath on a Sunday is void. That’s that.

I do believe that every day is a beautiful day that God created for us and therefore all 7 days should be given back to God, if necessary. I have nothing against Sunday services. The Presence of God and His glory can fall upon anybody on any day, not just on Sabbath or Saturday. However, the 4th commandment to keep the Sabbath holy should still be responded to properly. Naturally, one should obey God’s command but I know there are much more people who can give thousands of excuses and arguments not to do so and thus break the Sabbath commandment.

However, the purpose of this article is not to convince anybody to keep the Sabbath holy. It is not my place to do so. It is the job of the Holy Spirit in each of us. The purpose of this article is to share with you how the whole universe will be celebrating a period of Sabbath, or a ‘day’ of rest, given by God. But in order to see what I am going to discuss here, one should understand the and the Hebrew language and translation of the word “Yom Shabbath” or “Sabbath” correctly.

Land, Plantations and Animals

When the Holy Spirit first taught me regarding the Sabbath, I found that it is significantly important to God that He would not only ask humans to keep it but also land the land, plantations and animals.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the LORD. Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof; But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard. (Lev 25:2-4 KJV)

Even animals are expected to keep the Sabbath.

But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou. (Deu 5:14 KJV)

Moreover, I have learned how God arranges the whole universe and course of time in such a way that they too observe the Sabbath.

The Year 5772 – The Last Day Before Sabbath

According to the Hebrew calender, it is the year of 5772 now. The earth is 5772 years old. When we see through the eyes of the Apostle, Peter, we understand how 1 day is just as 1000 years to God:

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (2Pe 3:8 KJV)

By this we see that 5772 is near the end of the 6th day for God, if we calculate it as follows:

Year 0-1000 is Day-1
Year 1001-2000 is Day-2
Year 2001-3000 is Day-3
Year 3001-4000 is Day-4
Year 4001-5000 is Day-5
Year 5001-6000 is Day-6

So the next 1000 years would be the 7th and last “day” of God. The period of the last 1000 years is the one longed for by believers, which is a period where Jesus (Yahshua) would be reigning as King of kings over the whole earth. This period is a Sabbath for the universe. It is in this period that the universe may find its rest from all evil, injustice and struggles of the world.

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (Rev 20:4 KJV)

Although from the calculation as we did above we see that there is still 228 years before the 7th millennium starts, we can not say for certain that it will still take that long for the Lord Jesus (Yahshua) to return. Only the Father knows the time and the season, and therefore we should just leave it at that. However, it still gives us a good idea of how close we are to the end of the 6th day.

The Sabbath Revealed in 11.11.11

Some time ago the world experienced the unique date that would only come every 100 years. It was on Friday the 11th of November 2011. The number 11 or 11 11 has been a mystical number that occults and spiritualists are very interested in.

However, only a few people understand that the God of Israel dan also of believers in Jesus (Yahshua) is the God who actually created numbers and letters, and therefore we should consider the possibility that God Himself has His own opinion about this number. In the Bible numbers have specific meanings. For example 12 is the number of the people of God and 7 is the number of God or the holiness of God and so on.

So what does God say about 11.11.11?

The date 11 Nov 2011 bears a prophetic meaning that can only be seen if you understand the Hebrew concept of the Sabbath. When we add the numbers together we get the number 6. We can see this number as the number of a human or a sinful human as it is short of the glory and holiness of God, which is symbolized by the number 7. But when we connect this number (6) to days and calenders, 6 points to the last day before the Sabbath, which is Friday.

Amazingly, the date 11 Nov 2011 fell on a Friday, the 6th day in the week just before Sabbath. In the evening of that Friday, the Sabbath started at around 5:30 pm in Jakarta, Indonesia. Only a few hours before the Sabbath began about 5,000 Christians gathered for a service in Jakarta, led by ministers Ev. Yusak Tjipto and Ev. Iin Tjipto.

That day marked the prophetic meaning for the universe and course of time that it is at the end of the 6th day. In only a few more hours the whole universe will enter the Sabbath and the Messiah will be ruling in the Millennial Kingdom. With the Just and Loving One as ruler and King, the universe and everything in it will have the chance to rest from all suffering due to evil and injustice.

Nobody really understands when the end is really here. However, the whole universe and course of time has given us all the signs that it is very near.

Get ready!
